  • The Terms Published On The Official Website Of Thrillbharat Private Limited Are The Only Valid And Legally Binding Terms.
  • Whatsapp Chats, Calls, Social Media Messages, Or Verbal Statements Shall Not Be Considered As Agreement, Promise, Or Commitment.
  • Failure To Read These Terms Does Not Exempt The Traveler From Legal Responsibility.
  • Thrillbharat Private Limited May Modify Or Update These Terms At Any Time Without Prior Notice.

Clause 2 — Booking Window, Payment Structure, And Price Policy

2.1 Booking Deadline

  • All Bookings Must Be Completed At Least 7 Days Before Departure.
  • After This Deadline, Bookings Will Not Be Accepted.

2.2 Booking Confirmation

  • A Booking Is Confirmed Only After:
  • The Traveler Pays The Required Non-Refundable Booking Amount.
  • Thrillbharat Private Limited Sends Written Booking Confirmation Through The Official Email Address: Noreply@Thrillbharat.Com
  • No Other Confirmation Method Shall Be Considered Valid.

2.3 Payment Structure

  • The Booking Amount Is Mandatory And Non-Refundable.
  • The Remaining Balance Must Be Paid Before The Payment Deadline Shared By Thrillbharat Private Limited.
  • Failure To Complete The Remaining Payment Will Result In:
  • Automatic Cancellation
  • Complete Loss Of Paid Amounts
  • No Rescheduling
  • No Compensation

2.4 Price Validity

  • Trip Prices May Change During Peak Season, Due To Dynamic Pricing, Vendor Cost Changes, Fuel Price Changes, Permit Charges, Or Operational Conditions Without Prior Notice.
  • Travelers Must Confirm The Latest Price Before Booking.

Clause 3 — Cancellation, Refund, And Non-Refund Rules

3.1 Cancellation After Full Payment

  • If Full Payment Is Completed, Refunds Apply As Follows:
  • More Than 30 Days Before Departure — 90% Refund
  • 21 To 29 Days Before Departure — 75% Refund
  • 15 To 20 Days Before Departure — 50% Refund
  • 14 Days Or Less Before Departure — No Refund Under Any Circumstance

3.2 Cancellation Before Full Payment

  • If Full Payment Was Not Completed, All Paid Amounts Shall Remain 100% Non-Refundable.

3.3 No Refund Conditions

  • No Refund Shall Be Issued For:
    • Personal Reasons
    • Medical Issues
    • Office Or Work Issues
    • Travel Delays
    • Roadblocks
    • Weather Conditions
    • Permit Denial
    • Force Majeure Events
    • Failure To Arrive On Time
    • Misbehavior Or Rule Violation
    • Failure To Meet Fitness Requirements

3.4 Force Majeure

  • In Case Of Natural Events, Weather Conditions, Disasters, Government Orders, Political Disturbances, Pandemics, Or Any Uncontrollable Event:
    • No Cash Refund Shall Be Issued
    • A Voucher Or Date Change May Be Provided Only If Operationally Feasible

3.5 Zero Exception Policy

  • No Exceptions, Negotiations, Or Special Considerations Shall Be Entertained Under Any Circumstance.

  • Whatsapp, Calls, Voice Notes, Or Social Media Messages Are Not Considered Legally Binding Communication.
  • All Important Requests Must Be Submitted In Writing Through The Official Registered Email Of The Traveler.
  • Official Communication From Thrillbharat Private Limited May Be Sent Through Info@Thrillbharat.Com And Noreply@Thrillbharat.Com.
  • Official Traveler Communication And Requests Shall Be Accepted Only Through Info@Thrillbharat.Com
  • Booking Confirmations, Automated Updates, Payment Confirmations, And Operational Notifications May Be Sent From Noreply@Thrillbharat.Com

Clause 5 — Non-Transferability And Identity Restrictions

  • All Bookings Are Strictly Non-Transferable.
  • The Traveler’s Name, Booking, Slot, Or Departure Cannot Be Changed, Replaced, Or Shifted To Another Person Or Another Batch.
  • Any Attempt To Transfer A Booking Will Result In Immediate Cancellation Without Refund.

Clause 6 — Rescheduling And Modification Policy

  • Only One Rescheduling Request Shall Be Allowed.
  • The Request Must Be Made More Than 30 Days Before Departure.
  • A Rescheduling Fee May Apply.
  • Rescheduling Within 30 Days Before Departure Shall Not Be Allowed.
  • If Thrillbharat Private Limited Reschedules A Trip:
    • A Non-Transferable Voucher May Be Provided.
    • No Cash Refund Shall Be Issued.

Clause 7 — Group Size And Operational Policy

  • Thrillbharat Private Limited May Maintain Minimum Or Maximum Group Size Limits Depending On The Trip Category.
  • If Minimum Group Size Is Not Achieved, The Company May:
  • Combine Groups
  • Change Vehicle Category
  • Modify Logistics
  • Reschedule The Departure
  • In Such Cases, A Voucher Or Alternative Option May Be Offered.
  • No Cash Refund Shall Be Mandatory.

CLAUSE 8 — PARTICIPANT CONDUCT, DISCIPLINE, COMPLAINT PROTOCOL, SUSPENSION, AND SAFETY POLICY

  • THRILLBHARAT PRIVATE LIMITED Operates Under Strict Discipline, Safety, Operational Control, And Premium Group Management Standards.
  • All Travelers Are Required To Maintain Professional, Respectful, Calm, Cooperative, And Disciplined Behavior Throughout The Entire Trip Duration.
  • Strict Compliance With Instructions Given By: Tour Managers, Trek Leaders, Guides, Captains, Drivers, Operations Team, Authorized Representatives Of THRILLBHARAT PRIVATE LIMITED Shall Be Mandatory At All Times For Safety, Operational Efficiency, And Smooth Group Coordination.
  • Consumption Or Possession Of: Alcohol, Tobacco, Cigarettes, Intoxicating Substances During Any Trip Conducted By THRILLBHARAT PRIVATE LIMITED Is Strictly Prohibited.
  • Any Violation Shall Result In: Immediate Removal From The Trip, Immediate Suspension Of Services, No Refund, Permanent Blacklisting From Future Services
  • Any Form Of Misbehavior Including But Not Limited To: Verbal Abuse, Threatening Language, Aggressive Conduct, Continuous Arguments, Harassment, Mental Pressure, Public Disturbance, Unsafe Actions, Misconduct Toward Staff,  Misconduct Toward Co-Travelers, Misconduct Toward Drivers, Misconduct Toward Hotel Staff, Misconduct Toward Vendors, Disrespect Toward Local Authorities, Disrespect Toward Operational Instructions Shall Not Be Tolerated Under Any Circumstance.
  • Complaint Submission Must Be Made Only: Calmly, Professionally, Respectfully, Through The Assigned Tour Manager, Through Official Communication Channels Of THRILLBHARAT PRIVATE LIMITED
  • Repeated, Unreasonable, Aggressive, Or Operationally Disruptive Complaints Affecting Group Experience, Safety, Staff, Vendors, Or Operations May Be Treated As Misconduct.
  • Travelers Making Unrealistic Demands Beyond: Defined Itinerary, Operational Feasibility, Package Inclusions, Safety Limitations, Vendor Capacity, Environmental Conditions And Continuously Creating Operational Disturbance May Be Considered In Violation Of Company Discipline Policies.
  • THRILLBHARAT PRIVATE LIMITED Reserves The Absolute Right To: Suspend Any Traveler, Remove Any Traveler, Terminate Services, Cancel Participation, Refuse Further Services
  • At Any Time During The Trip Without Refund If The Behavior Of The Traveler Is Found To Be: Disruptive, Unsafe, Abusive, Aggressive, Threatening, Non-Compliant, Operationally Harmful
  • Suspension Or Removal May Include Immediate Termination Of: Accommodation, Transportation, Activities, Group Access, Operational Support Without Refund Or Compensation.
  • In Serious Situations Including But Not Limited To: Group Aggression, Attempt To Physically Attack, Threat To Staff, Threat To Vendors, Threat To Co-Travelers, Violent Behavior, Coordinated Misconduct, Family Or Group Misconduct, Public Safety Threat
  • THRILLBHARAT PRIVATE LIMITED Shall Have Full Rights To: Completely Cancel The Entire Booking, Suspend All Travelers Included Under The Same Booking, Remove The Entire Group Or Family From The Trip, Permanently Blacklist All Related Travelers, Stop Operational Services Immediately Without Refund, Compensation, Or Further Obligation.
  • Such Suspension Or Cancellation May Occur: Before Departure, During Transit, During Hotel Stay, During Activities, During Trek Operations, At Any Point During The Trip Based Solely On Safety, Discipline, Operational Stability, Vendor Protection, Team Safety, Or Group Experience Protection.
  • Decisions Taken By THRILLBHARAT PRIVATE LIMITED Regarding Discipline, Removal, Suspension, Or Operational Safety Shall Be Final, Absolute, And Legally Binding.

Clause 9 — Identification, Documentation, And Permit Rules

  • Valid Government-Issued Photo Identification Is Mandatory.
  • Failure To Provide Valid Identification Will Result In Denied Participation Without Refund.
  • All Required Documents Must Be Submitted Before The Shared Deadline.
  • Permit Approval Is Solely Under Government Authorities.
  • Thrillbharat Private Limited Shall Not Be Responsible For Permit Delay, Rejection, Or Cancellation.

Clause 10 — Insurance, Medical Disclosure, And Health Responsibility

  • Travel And Medical Insurance May Be Mandatory For Selected Trips.
  • All Medical Conditions Must Be Disclosed At The Time Of Booking.
  • Failure To Disclose Health Information May Result In Removal Without Refund.
  • All Medical, Rescue, Hospital, Emergency, Or Evacuation Costs Shall Be The Sole Responsibility Of The Traveler.
  • Participation In Any Trip Or Trek Is Completely At The Traveler’s Own Risk.
  • Thrillbharat Private Limited Shall Not Be Liable For Altitude Sickness, Fatigue, Allergic Reactions, Injuries, Or Health Complications.

Clause 11 — Minor Participation And Guardian Liability

  • Participants Under 18 Years Of Age Must Be Accompanied By A Parent Or Legal Guardian Unless Explicitly Approved In Writing By Thrillbharat Private Limited.
  • The Guardian Shall Be Fully Responsible For The Minor’s Safety, Conduct, Health, And Behavior.

Clause 12 — Technical Disruptions And System Failures

  • Thrillbharat Private Limited Shall Not Be Responsible For:
    • Website Errors
    • Payment Gateway Failures
    • Internet Issues
    • Server Downtime
    • Third-Party Technical Disruptions
    • No Compensation Or Refund Shall Be Provided For Such Issues.

Clause 13 — Maximum Liability And Risk Limitation

  • The Maximum Liability Of Thrillbharat Private Limited Shall Be Strictly Limited To The Total Amount Paid By The Traveler.
  • The Company Shall Not Be Liable For:
  • Indirect Losses
  • Emotional Distress
  • Extra Expenses
  • Weather Conditions
  • Natural Events
  • Government Orders
  • Road Delays
  • Accidents
  • Unforeseen Situations Beyond Operational Control

Clause 14 — Refund Source And Payment Security

  • Refunds, If Applicable, Shall Be Processed Only To The Original Payment Source.
  • No Third-Party Account, Cash Refund, Or Alternate Payment Method Shall Be Allowed.
  • Incorrect Banking Information Shared By The Traveler May Delay Or Invalidate The Refund Process.

Clause 15 — Itinerary, Hotel, Transport, And Logistics Changes

  • For Safety, Weather, Operational, Traffic, Mechanical, Or Management Reasons, Thrillbharat Private Limited May Modify:
    • Itinerary
    • Route
    • Hotel
    • Vehicle
    • Timings
    • Activities
    • Pickup Points
    • No Refund Or Compensation Shall Be Provided For Such Changes.
    • Arriving Late At The Pickup Point Shall Be Treated As A No-Show.

Clause 16 — Equipment Damage And Loss Policy

  • Travelers Shall Be Fully Responsible For Any Loss Or Damage To Equipment Provided By Thrillbharat Private Limited.
  • The Company’s Damage Cost Assessment Shall Be Final And Binding.

Clause 17 — Cleanliness, Environmental Responsibility, And Local Respect

  • Travelers Must Maintain Cleanliness, Respect Local Culture, Avoid Littering, And Follow Environmental Guidelines.
  • Violation Of Environmental Or Behavioral Standards May Result In Immediate Removal Without Refund.

Clause 18 — Transportation Conditions And Non-Guarantees

  • Thrillbharat Private Limited Shall Not Guarantee:
    • Specific Seat Preferences
    • Window Seats
    • Vehicle Model Or Variant
    • Ac Or Non-Ac Operations
    • Backup Vehicle Type
    • Exact Luggage Space Availability
    • No Refund Shall Be Provided For Transportation Adjustments.

Clause 19 — Food, Meals, And Dietary Limitations

  • Meals Provided During Trips Shall Be Standard Group Meals.
  • Thrillbharat Private Limited Shall Not Be Responsible For:
    • Food Allergies
    • Dietary Restrictions
    • Personal Food Preferences
    • Overeating Or Undereating

Clause 20 — Belongings, Valuables, And Personal Items

  • Travelers Shall Be Fully Responsible For Their Own Belongings.
  • Thrillbharat Private Limited Shall Not Be Responsible For Loss, Theft, Or Damage Of Personal Items.

Clause 21 — Indemnity And Self-Responsibility Clause

  • The Traveler Agrees To Indemnify And Hold Thrillbharat Private Limited Harmless Against Any Claims, Damages, Injuries, Liabilities, Or Losses Resulting From:
    • Personal Actions
    • Health Issues
    • Negligence
    • Misconduct
    • Ignoring Instructions
    • Failure To Maintain Required Fitness Levels
    • Misuse Of Equipment

Clause 22 — Safety Equipment Usage Compliance

  • Travelers Must Follow All Instructions Related To Safety Gear, Clothing, Equipment, And Operational Protocols.
  • Thrillbharat Private Limited Shall Not Be Responsible For Injuries Caused Due To Misuse Or Non-Compliance.

Clause 23 — Personal Vehicle Liability

  • If A Traveler Uses A Personal Vehicle:
    • Thrillbharat Private Limited Shall Not Be Responsible For Breakdowns, Delays, Traffic Issues, Mechanical Failure, Or Accidents.
    • No Refund Or Operational Support Shall Be Provided If The Traveler Misses The Group Due To Vehicle Issues.

Clause 24 — Network, Signal, And Connectivity Limitation

  • Mobile Network, Internet, Wifi, And Connectivity Cannot Be Guaranteed During Trips Or Treks.
  • Thrillbharat Private Limited Shall Not Be Responsible For Lack Of Network Availability.

Clause 25 — No Guarantee Of Weather, Sightings, Or Natural Conditions

    • Snowfall
    • Clear Views
    • Weather Conditions
    • Wildlife Sightings
    • Seasonal Landscapes
    • Festivals Or Local Events
    • No Refund Shall Be Provided If Conditions Differ From Expectations.

Clause 26 — Dispute Resolution And Legal Jurisdiction

  • The Company Shall Be Given Reasonable Time To Review And Respond.

  • The Maximum Permitted Age For Participation In Standard Group Departures May Be Restricted Depending On The Trip Category.
  • Travelers Must Provide Accurate Age Information During Inquiry And Booking.
  • Age Verification Through Valid Government Identification Is Mandatory.
  • Misrepresentation Of Age May Result In Immediate Cancellation Without Refund.

Clause 28 — VOUCHER REDEMPTION POLICY

  • Travel Vouchers Issued By THRILLBHARAT PRIVATE LIMITED Shall Be Valid Only For Direct Online Booking Through The Official Website: https://thrillbharat.com/
  • The Voucher May Be Redeemed Only:
  • For The Same Trip Category Or Eligible Trip Category Approved By THRILLBHARAT PRIVATE LIMITED.
  • For Minimum Traveler Count Equivalent To The Original Eligible Booking.
  • Only If The Original Main Traveler Is Added As The Lead Traveler In The New Booking.
  • Only By Using The Same Registered Email ID And Mobile Number Used During The Original Booking.
  • Only Through Direct Online Booking On The Official Website.
  • If A Voucher Was Issued Against Multiple Travelers Under One Booking, The Voucher Cannot Be Redeemed By Booking Fewer Travelers Than The Original Eligible Minimum Group Size.
  • The New Booking Shall Be Confirmed Strictly As Per: Current Package Price, Current Departure Availability, Updated Itinerary, Updated Inclusions, Updated Exclusions, Updated Operational Rules, Updated Terms And Conditions, Updated Safety Policies Applicable On The Date Of Rebooking.
  • If The Current Package Price At The Time Of Rebooking Is Higher Than The Original Booking Price, The Traveler Must Pay The Difference Amount Before Final Confirmation.
  • The Voucher Cannot Be Combined With: Discount Codes, Coupon Codes, Cashback Offers, Referral Offers, Seasonal Promotions, Gift Vouchers, Loyalty Benefits, Any Other Promotional Offer Under Any Circumstance.
  • If The Traveler Uses The Voucher But Fails To Complete Remaining Payment Within The Applicable Deadline, The Booking Shall Be Cancelled Automatically And The Voucher Shall Be Considered Used, Expired, And Non-Restorable.
  • THRILLBHARAT PRIVATE LIMITED Reserves The Absolute Right To Verify Traveler Identity Through Government Approved Photo Identification Before Approving Voucher Redemption.
  • In Case Of: Technical Errors, Website Errors, Wrong Price Display, Coupon Misconfiguration, System Issues, Operational Conflicts THRILLBHARAT PRIVATE LIMITED Reserves Full Rights To Hold, Correct, Modify, Or Cancel Any Booking Before Final Confirmation Without Liability.
