How do I book a trip?

Open a trip page, choose a departure and pay the booking amount online. Your booking is confirmed once you receive our confirmation email.

When is the full payment due?

The remaining balance is due 10 days before departure. Bookings made less than 10 days before departure need full payment at booking.

Is GST included in the price?

No. GST is added on top of the displayed price and shown before you pay.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

Refunds apply only when the trip is fully paid, and depend on how early you cancel. Please read the full details in our Terms and Conditions.

Is there an age limit?

Each trip is designed for a specific age range, shown on its trip page.
