Thanks a lot Thrillbharat we had a great stay at Ladakh…the journey and the itenary was so smooth and well maintained… Thanks a lot..great hotels and staff.

We had a great experience with Thrillbharat and especially with our booking agent Abhishek, who was very cooperative throughout the journey and even checked up on us whether we reached safely or not. The driver appointed to us was very helpful and even helped us when we had a medical emergency and this was the biggest highlight as in the mountains, when such a situation happens, we need things to run smoothly. The whole team has been very kind and cooperative. The things I believe could’ve improved was the hotels and the meals provided to us. They were not satisfactory hence the four star review. Although the property owners were very kind and cooperative, but there’s still scope of improvement in the services. Thank you Thrillbharat for the wonderful trip.

I appreciate the effort of the team, but unfortunately the trip did not completely match our expectations. The quality of services varied from place to place. I hope the company takes customer feedback seriously and improves these areas.
