We booked a group tour to Sikkim covering Gangtok, Pelling and Darjeeling. A detailed itinerary was sent in advance by Thrillbharat and the person who spoke to me also explained it in a very detailed manner. Coming closer to the travel date, the operations team person also explained the do's & dont's and also sent it over mail & whatsapp. In general, I liked the accommodations provided , especially the ones at Gangtok and Darjeeling. Breakfast and dinner at all the hotels were good. We were able to cover most sightseeing places mentioned in the itinerary, missed some in Darjeeling due to heavy traffic there. We also covered some extra places too like Namchi Chardham & Pelling Skywalk. Pelling to Darjeeling and drop at airport. We liked the bustling markets of MG marg at Gangtok and Mall Road at Darjeeling. Overall it was a nice experience for us with Thrillbharat.
